Morris Library will offer two brand-new workshops this summer: "Introduction to 3D Printing and Scanning" and "Finding Reliable Health Information Online."

Science Librarian Jennifer Horton will present "Introduction to 3D Printing and Scanning." The three-session workshop will provide information on the technology of 3D printing, 3D modeling, and advanced object design. Each participant will have the opportunity to have an object they designed printed on the library’s 3D printer.
Health Sciences Librarian Amber Loos will lead "Finding Reliable Health Information Online." This one-session course will teach participants to recognize authoritative and reliable health information online for both themselves and their families and provide take-home tips and tricks to apply to their online searches for health information.
