David Schremp and William Welling

As a non-traditional student (age 64) I have found the process of submitting my thesis electronically to the Graduate School to be a daunting task.  New technology is confusing to me.  When I was directed to David Schremp for assistance, I discovered the old-fashioned meaning of the word service.  He cheerfully read my thesis and supported me in finding help from his assistant, William Welling, who was also very kind and patient with an older learner like me.  Many thanks are due to both of them for getting me over the hump with good will and kindness.  We will miss David's smiling face around the library.  I hope that Texas A&M will also appreciate him.
